Pratipala is an initiative of Kyrah Vedic Foundation. We collect information reasonably required to respond to enquiries, assess suitability, deliver an agreed support plan, maintain service and safety records, and meet legal or accounting responsibilities.
Information we may collect
- Contact details for the senior, authorised family contacts and applicants.
- Address, service preferences, support needs, consent choices and communication instructions.
- Membership, scheduling, visit, request, approval, cost and family-update records.
- Limited health-related logistics information shared for approved coordination; public forms should not contain detailed medical records.
- Care Partner, applicant and provider verification and operating records.
How information is used
We use information to respond, confirm geography and service fit, conduct assessments, create and review support plans, schedule and document services, communicate with authorised people, manage incidents, improve operations and meet applicable obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared internally only with authorised people who need it for Pratipala work. A hospital, laboratory, pharmacy, transport provider, home-health provider, repair professional or other third party receives only the information needed for an approved coordination request, subject to consent, safety and legal responsibilities.
Security and retention
We use role-based access, authenticated internal systems and operating controls appropriate to the information handled. Records are retained for defined operational, safety, legal and accounting periods, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or withdrawal of information by emailing hello@pratipala.com or calling +91 91006 92484. Withdrawal does not affect records Pratipala must lawfully or responsibly retain.
Important notice
This operational draft should be reviewed against applicable Indian data-protection, health-information, consumer and record-retention requirements before unrestricted public launch. The executed membership documents and final privacy notice will govern paid services.
